Return & Refund Policy
Upon receiving the parcel, please check and verify your purchase immediately.
- 7 Days Return and Exchanges Policy applies for orders within Malaysia only.
- Promotion items are NOT eligible for return and exchange. (Except: New arrival discount / Membership discount / Birthday Voucher discount)
- If defects are found 7 days after the receiving date, STYLE XCHANGE reserves the right to determine between defective product and normal wear-and-tear.
- All products are eligible for only a one-time exchange and return.
- Returned goods must be in new original condition with all labels and packaging attached.
- A final inspection will be done to ensure that it is in its original condition, followed by processing your return.
- Damaged, soiled, or altered return goods will not be entertained and to be returned to customer.
- All return/exchange application will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of returned items.
- For goods exchange, customers need to place a new order upon receiving store credit.
- Returns of defective products are subject to:
- Same model (subject to stock availability), OR
- Product with same value (only if Out of Stock from the original model)
HOW TO RETURN?
- Kindly fill up and submit the Returns & Exchanges Application Form before returning the item otherwise the request will not be processed.
- Return period starts from the receiving date. (E.g.: Courier service website stated you are receiving the parcel on 01/01/2018, your latest return application date will be 07/01/2018.)
- Products can only be returned via shipping only.
- For defective goods, 100% of the return shipping cost will be absorbed by Style Xchange.
- We recommend that you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking.
Kindly note that Style Xchange will not be responsible for the loss of the returned parcel.
- Refund would only be done as store credit. Strictly no cash refund is allowed.
- Customer Service will debit Store Credit to your account at style-xchange.com upon completion of inspection.
- Store credit will only be valid for 60 days from the date issued.
- Store credit is tagged to your style-xchange.com online account and is non-transferable.
- Refunds will be based on the merchandise value on your invoice, excluding shipping and handling charges from your initial order.
- Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Normal shipping charges will apply for the subsequent orders purchased using store credit.
- Any unused value can be used in your future purchases.
- Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require payment via bank transfer or eGHL for the balance due.
